Son PDG Michael Joseph estime, sur&nbsp;<\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/techcentral.co.za\/vodacom-safaricom-ethiopia\/93754\/\">Tech Central<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qu\u2019une telle op\u00e9ration &#8211; achat de licence et d\u00e9ploiement des infrastructures &#8211; co\u00fbtera au nouvel op\u00e9rateur un milliard de dollars (896 millions d\u2019euros).
